Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time in Settings › Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your account goes back to Free.

What happens to my sessions when a plan ends?

Your next three sessions after that date stay booked, and later ones are cancelled. Repeating sessions stop booking new times.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Write to support@cofocus.one within 14 days of starting a plan or buying lifetime access, and we refund it in full. Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.

What does lifetime access include?

You get every Ultra feature and every future one, for one payment. If you buy it while on a monthly or yearly plan, that plan ends and we refund the part of it you haven’t used.

Which currency will I pay in?

Euros if your time zone is in the euro area, Indian rupees if it’s in India, and US dollars everywhere else. This page shows prices for the time zone your device is set to.
